My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Lyell will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the terrorist murders in Northern Ireland.

It may he for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Immigration Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the British Railways (Penalty Fares) Bill will be taken.
