When the report on AIDS and drug misuse of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs will be published.

My Lords, my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Social Services announced on 25th February that we intend to publish the report shortly.

My Lords, I thank the noble Earl for that Answer. Bearing in mind that this report has been on his right honourable friend's desk for some two months, can he let us know when it will be published? It is, after all, a matter of considerable public interest.
