§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon my noble friend Lord Beaverbrook will, with the leave of the House, repeat a statement that is to be made in another place on Girobank PLC.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Local Government Finance Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Committee stages of the Access to Medical Reports Bill and the Malicious Communications Bill will be taken.
