3 Clause 51, page 46, line 4, at end insert— ("(5A) Where the governing body of any school are under a duty by virtue of section 50 of this Act to secure that a ballot is held in accordance with this section they shall make available to every person employed to work at the school for inspection (at all reasonable times and free of charge) at the school a document containing the information required by subsections (3)(a) and (5) above to be given to parents of registered pupils at the school.").

The Commons agreed to the above amendment with the following amendment—

4 Clause 51, line 7, leave out ("parents of registered pupils at the school") and insert ("persons eligible to vote in the ballot").
