My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 51. It may be for the convenience of the House if at the same time I speak to Amendments Nos. 256 and 257. These are drafting amendments intended to bring Part I of Schedule 1 of the Bill into line with Clause 10 and to remove an otiose phrase from that clause. I commend the amendment to the House.
