160 Clause 106, page 78, line 5, leave out from beginning to 'after' in line 7 and insert—

'(1) An award of compensation may be made—

  1. (a) to any person who satisfies the Board that he has sustained a qualifying injury;
  2. (b) to any person who satisfies the Board that he is a dependant of a person who died'.

161 Page 78, line 8, leave out 'dies' and insert 'died'.

162 Page 78, line 8, at end insert—

'and in this subsection "satisfies" means satisfies on a balance of probabilities.'
