Earl FerrersMy Lords, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 72. With the leave of the House, perhaps I may speak to Amendment No. 354 as well. They are technical amendments providing that the court must give leave for evidence to be furnished in the form of schedules, summaries or glossaries.
