72 Clause 29, page 20, line 5, at end insert 'in any case where the court gives leave for, or requires, evidence or a glossary to be so furnished'.

My Lords, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 72. With the leave of the House, perhaps I may speak to Amendment No. 354 as well. They are technical amendments providing that the court must give leave for evidence to be furnished in the form of schedules, summaries or glossaries.
