§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, with the leave of the House I should like to say a few words about the Unstarred Question in the name of my noble friend Lady Cox. There is of course no time limit applied to Unstarred Questions, but I think it is generally accepted that these should he at least noticeably shorter than the time allowed for short debates. As there are 15 speakers on the list I know that noble Lords will bear that in mind, in addition to the fact that your Lordships like to pay particular attention on a Friday to the interests of the staff of the House.
