My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lady Trumpington will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on assistance to the egg industry.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Children Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Bristol Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988 and the Bristol Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) (Amendment) Order 1988 will be taken.
