7 Clause 45, page 37, line 7, at end insert— (5) In Scotland, any reference in this Act to things comprised in land by virtue of being attached to it is a reference to moveables which have become heritable by accession to heritable property.'.

My Lords, with the leave of the House, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7. This amendment translates for Scotland references in the Bill to: things comprised in land by virtue of being attached to it". It is a technical amendment. I beg to move.
