In the name of the Assembly and in my own name, I would like to express to the right honourable the Lord Chancellor and all Members of the House of Lords the sorrow and pain of the Belgian Senate after the catastrophe of Zeebrugge that cost so many human lives and struck so deeply many British families".It is signed A.
