My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Brabazon of Tara will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is being made in another place on the Zeebrugge Ferry Disaster.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Consumer Protection Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the Parliamentary Constituencies (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Changes) Order 1987 and the Town and Country Planning (Compensation for Restrictions on Mineral Workings) (Scotland) Regulations 1987 will be taken.
