My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to permit the admission of persons by the payment of money or by tickets sold for money to tracks on Sundays and to permit betting on those tracks after the hour of 12 noon and in licensed betting offices on Sundays after the hour of 12 noon. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
