My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Young of Graffham will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement an Answer to a Private Notice Question in another place on the proposed merger of British Airways and British Caledonian Airways. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Caithness who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the Prison Population.
