§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Havers)My Lords, before the commencement of business, I take the opportunity to inform the House that I have accepted an invitation from the Prime Minister to attend a lunch in honour of His Majesty King Hassan II of Morocco on Wednesday, 15th July. Accordingly, I trust that the House will agree to grant me leave of absence for Wednesday, 15th July.
