My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Caithness will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is being made in another place on bombing cases. This will be followed by my noble friend Lady Trumpington, again with the leave of the House, who will repeat a Statement on exceptionally cold weather payments.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Consumer Protection Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournement the Third Reading of the Ministry of Defence Police Bill and the Report stage of the Licensing (Restaurant Meals) Bill will be taken.
