My Lords, as I have already indicated, it has been agreed through the usual channels that we should take the adjournment business now. I think it would be helpful if again I repeat that we shall not come back to the Pilotage Bill before 7.45 p.m. I therefore beg to move that the Report stage of the Pilotage Bill be postponed until after the Nightwear (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 1987.
