My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that should the Committee stage of the Local Government Finance Bill not have been completed by then it will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Coal Industry Bill will be taken.
