§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the European Council in Copenhagen on 4th and 5th December.
It may also be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this 72 adjournment the Motion for resolution that the City of Westminster (Christchurch Gardens S.W.1) Compulsory Purchase Order 1985 be annulled will be taken.
