My Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships a message from Her Majesty the Queen signed by her own hand. The message is as follows:

"I have received your Address praying that the Statistics of Trade Act 1947 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 1987 be made in the form of the draft laid before your House.

"I will comply with your request".
