§ 46 Clause 34, page 31, line 10, leave out "sections 24, 25 and" and insert "section".

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 46. This amendment reflects the fact that Sections 24 and 25 are to be included in Part II of the Salmon Act and therefore reference need not be made to them.
