§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, you will remember that last week I announced that the House would go into recess on Thursday, 31st July. I should like now to announce that, subject to the progress of business, the House will return from the Summer Recess on Monday 6th October. It is expected that Her Majesty The Queen will open the next Session of Parliament on Wednesday, 12th November.
