My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Trefgarne will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on ordnance factories.

With the leave of the House also, I shall arrange for Statements that are to be made in another place on the second Severn crossing and Unipart and Leyland Bus to be reprinted in the Official Report.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Public Order Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and during this adjournment the Second Reading and remaining stages of the British Council and Commonwealth Institute Superannuation Bill and consideration of the Commons message on the Dockyard Services Bill will be taken.
