My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Social Security Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approxi-mately one hour and that during this adjournment the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment) Order 1986, the Functions of Traffic Wardens (Amendment) Order 1986, the Air Navigation (Noise Certification) Order 1986 and the Hovercraft (Civil Liability) Order 1986 will be taken.
