My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Glenarthur will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that will be made in another place on the publication of the Peacock Report on the financing of the BBC.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Building Societies Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Lord Chancellor's Salary Order 1986 and the Second Reading of the Crown Agents (Amendment) Bill will be taken.
