My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Westland.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Shops Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournment the three Representation of the People (Amendment) Regulations and the Second Reading of the Gaming (Amendment) Bill will be taken.
