Lord Denham

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lady Young will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the evacuation from the Republic of Yemen. That will be followed by my noble friend Lady Trumpington, who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement on the Stanley Royd Hospital Inquiry.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Shops Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Education (Amendment) Bill will be taken.
