My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to make new provision instead of Section 6(3) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975; to amend Section 77 of that Act; to provide for the removal of certain restrictions applying to the working hours and other working conditions of women; and to repeal the Baking Industry (Hours of Work) Act 1954.
