§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)My Lords, I rise to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. The purpose is to take Schedule 2 before Schedule 1 and the reason is that Schedule 1 is a Keeling Schedule and any changes in Schedule 2 will have to reflect themselves in Schedule 1.
Moved, That it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole House to whom the Family Law Reform Bill has been committeed that they consider the Bill in the following order—
- Clauses 1–34,
- Schedule 2,
- Schedule 1,
