The Minister of State, Home Office (The Earl of Caithness)My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to amend the Fire Precautions Act 1971 and other enactments relating to fire precautions; to amend the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975 and make like provision as regards stands at sports grounds; to extend them as regards indoor sports premises; and to amend the statutory provisions regulating entertainment 937 licences; and for connected purposes.
