My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Libya.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Education Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period and that the Committee stage of the Patents, Designs and Marks Bill will be completed during this adjournment.
