§ Lord Hatch of LusbyMy Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to enable effect to be given in United Kingdom law to resolutions made by the United Nations Security Council or otherwise under the United Nations Charter arising from South Africa's occupation of Namibia; and to impose certain duties on the Secretary of State in that connection.
