HL Deb 30 October 1985 vol 467 c1560

11.27 a.m.

The Lord Chancellor

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons amendments be considered forthwith. In saying this, may I point out that all the Bills—the Housing Bill, the Housing Associations Bill, the Housing (Consequential Provisions) Bill and the Landlord and Tenant Bill—are consolidation measures? Although the amendments are numerous, I shall be explaining them briefly if this Motion is passed.

Moved, That the Commons amendments be now considered.—(The Lord Chancellor.),

On Question, Motion agreed to.
