69 Clause 17, page 13, line 41, leave out 'contain' and insert 'also contain the administrator's name and'.

70 Clause 18, page 14, line 17, leave out from 'made' to end of line 28 and insert—

  1. '(a) by any continuing administrator of the company; or
  2. (b) where there is no such administrator, by any committee established under section (Committee of creditors) below; or
  3. (c) where there is no such administrator and no such committee, by any creditor or creditors of the company.'
