§ These amendments fulfil the Government's undertaking, which was given to the noble Lord, Lord Mishcon, during the Bill's earlier passage through your Lordships' House, and it extends the scope of Clause 87(1)() of the Bill to include, in addition to money paid or goods supplied, the supply of services to the company.
§ The other amendments to the clause provide an objective test for the value of the services so provided. I beg to move.
