§ 267 Clause 110, page 90, line 29, leave out from 'not' to end of line 33 and insert 'release a bankrupt from any liability in respect of a fine or other penalty imposed for an offence or from any liability under a recognisance except, in the case of a penalty imposed for an offence under any enactment relating to the public revenue or of a recognisance, with the consent of the Treasury.'.
