68 Clause 16, page 13, line 9, leave out from 'the' to end of line 36 and insert 'consent of the administrator or the leave of the court and subject (where the court gives leave) to such terms as aforesaid. (3) Where at any time an administrative receiver of the company vacates office under subsection (1)(b) above or a receiver of part of the company's property vacates office under subsection (1 A) above—

  1. (a) his remuneration and any expenses properly incurred by him; and
  2. (b) any indemnity to which he is entitled out of the assets of the company,
shall be charged on and paid out of any property of the company which is in his custody or under his control at that time in priority to any security held by the person by or on whose behalf he was appointed.'.
