HL Deb 23 October 1985 vol 467 c1195

72E [Printed above.]

Lord Bruce of Donington

My Lords, the purpose in moving Amendment 72E is that I believe it necessary to spell out that an administrator can use the cash flow of the company, and the present Clause 34(4)(b) does not appear to have any obvious meaning in relation to that requirement. Perhaps the noble and learned Lord will respond.

Moved, That this House do agree with Amendment No. 72E.—(Lord Bruce of Donington.)

Lord Cameron of Lochbroom

My Lords, again this is an amendment which is related back to Amendment No. 72 and the provision of Amendment No. 72A would remove the matter.

Lord Bruce of Donington

My Lords, I am obliged for the correction. I have pleasure in asking leave to withdraw my amendement.

Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
