210A Line 5, leave out ("in the ordinary course of) and insert ("for the purpose of carrying on").

Amendment No. 210A alters the terminology of Commons Amendment 210 to ensure that there is no doubt that all relevant circumstances are covered. I commend Commons Amendment No. 210 to the House and beg to move that amendment and Amendment No. 210A.
