§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, we now come to a long block of amendments to which I have already spoken. I have spoken to Amendments Nos. 57 to 59 and 64 and 65 in connection with Amendment No. 16; to Nos. 60 and 66 to 90 with Amendment No. 6; and Nos. 61 to 63 with Amendment No. 9. I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in the said amendments.
