§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I can move Amendments Nos. 36 to 38 en bloc. These amendments are again drafting amendments which modify various enactments which refer to the word "solicitor" to provide that they should, where appropriate, also apply to a recognised body. Clause 30 already applies such enactments to individual licensed conveyancers, and therefore these words which would then become superfluous are removed. I beg to move.
§ Moved, That this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 36 to 38.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
