30 Schedule 1, page 30, leave out lines 29 to 44 and insert— ("(5) For paragraphs 6 and 7 there shall be substituted the following— 6. Where the criminal division of the Court of Appeal makes an order as to costs to be paid by—

  1. (a) an appellant;
  2. (b) an applicant for leave to appeal to that court; or
  3. (c) in the case of an application for leave to appeal to the House of Lords, an applicant who was the appellant before the criminal division.".").
