My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lady Young will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement the Answer to be given in another place to a Private Notice Question on the response that has been made and the further steps which are proposed following the massacre of blacks in South Africa.

My noble friend will then, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the Foreign Affairs Council from 17th to 21st March.
