§ The Earl of SwintonMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I make a short statement about tomorrow's business. As the Committee stage of the Social Security Bill was completed yesterday, the House is likely to rise early tomorrow and therefore dinner will not now be available. It has been agreed through the usual channels that the Education Support Grants (Amendment) Regulations 1985, which were to be taken on Friday, should be brought forward to tomorrow. The business Motion to make this possible will be tabled today.
