§ Lord AberdareMy Lords, I understand that the C-Poultry Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Poultry Incorporated, which is a company domiciled in the United States of America. The object of the Bill is to transfer the registration of this company from the United Kingdom to the State of Delaware in the United States.
