My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement which is to be made in another place on the European Council on 28th and 29th June, in Milan.

It may also be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the proceedings after Third Reading will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the Prohibition of Female Circumcision Bill and the Third Reading of the Local Government (Access to Information) Bill will be taken.
