My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Elton will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the Brighton bombing report.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Food and Environment Protection Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period and that during that adjournment the Committee stage of the Dangerous Vessels Bill will be taken.
