§ The Earl of SwintonMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Avon will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement an Answer given to a Private Notice Question in another place on the finances of Haringey Borough Council.
This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Gray of Contin, who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat two Statements that will be made in another place on Sleipner Gas and on the Atomic Energy Authority.
