My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House, with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on interception of communications.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Insolvency Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period and that during the adjournment the Report stage of the Recreational Gardening Bill and the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 will be taken.
