My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Local Government Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period, and that during that adjournment the Town and Country Planning (Compensation for Restrictions on Mineral Working) Regulations 1985 will be taken.
